- Reports to President/Executive Director
- Prepares and sends out e-blasts to N.A.W.A. members.
- Works with exhibition committee to create prospectuses for exhibitions.
- Prepares mailing for proposal packages and letters of introduction for potential funders, venue requests, and media package.
- Designs invitations for N.A.W.A. exhibitions and events.
- Creates spreadsheets for exhibitions, and power points for jurors.
- Organizes and maintains exhibition files including preparing them for archives.
- Works on text of yearly catalog, and updates office digital gallery.
