Multimedia Art

As I continue to pursue my education in the field of multimedia arts I will be posting samples of my class related and personal projects. I will be posting not only finished art, but also samples of the processes that precede the final product. When I initially started out on my artistic career over 20 years ago it was my plan to be involved in many aspects of the creative arts. I became primarily focused on painting and illustrating and during that time the technology available to artist grew. Like many "old school" artist I had a grudge against artwork created with the use of the computer. Admittedly that grudge was simply a bias and fear of something new and of something that seemed to be outside of what was possible for me. As if waking out of a slumber of ignorance I now embrace these wonderful tools that give an artist another way to manifest dreams, to communicate ideas, and to inspire.
