| Painting for me is a strong emotional release. My paintings reflect things I have felt, experienced or contemplated. Currently I am raising money for a trip to Africa where I will be doing service work this summer. All proceeds go towards my trip.

I am a student at Appalachian State University (Boone, NC) studying Health Promotions. I have always loved art, especially painting. Painting to me is a strong emotional release. The result is a creative expression of what myself or a friend is feeling or contemplating. Many things have inspired my art work such as friends, places, family, people, experiences... really anything that causes a strong emotional response in me.
