The Fallible - Alexandra Silcox

The Fallible

This whole piece is focused on the connection between imperfection and humanity, and how they drive to be perfect (constructing buildings and advancing in technology). Yet in reality humanity is fallible (with their emotions and ambitions). I used the brown and reddish colors and lighting to present a more tomb-like feeling when focused on the city to emphasis the failure to survive. The people in the clouds represent how we are presented individually (from caring too much to caring too little) that makes us fallible.
