Sweet as a crisp Fall breeze, this wonderful Bleuette frock will impress you with its variety of fabrics and overall femininity . Adapted from the La Semaine de Suzette pattern of 1922 ,(Petite robe à volants) ,translates to Little Dress with Ruffles. My version achieves this look for Bleuette with the use of beautiful old Princess lace . Two gathered rows of this *exquisite* cotton tape lace embellish the front and the back in the most adorable way. The dress itself is a woven silk stripe of gold and peach. The sides are gathered by naturally dyed silk ribbons tied in a bow. The back closes with three antique buttons- grey/green stones set in sterling silver-(early 1900's) and hand worked loops. The edges of the neckline and sleeves are bias-bound in self fabric, and edged with hand embroidery in green.

Bleuette's charming *chapeau* is a cloche of Swiss paglina hat braid. The straw is hand-dyed and formed on a mold of my own design. It is trimmed with a gathered length of lace and paper roses and leaves. It is unlined and finished with the Bluebird Textiles label. An exquisite ensemble for your favorite 11" doll!

Absolutely charming in color, style, and finishing details!

NOTE: doll, socks and shoes are not included .

Buy with confidence when considering my designs! You will be delighted with the quality of my work. ~Kathy O'Malley
