I used a 100% wool crepe to create this versatile coat-dress. A beautiful cream contrasts wonderfully with the navy blue embroidered flowers. It is lined with silk duopioni, and closes off center with gold tone filigree beads and thread loops.

Her matching hat is hand dyed Swiss paglina hat braid. Lined with silk, it is finished with a belt of the dress wool and brass buckle. I complete this darling chapeau with my Bluebird Textile label.

I also made a pair of gaiters to keep her little legs warm. These are buttery soft green leather and closed with eyelets and laces. These will finish many cold weather outfits beautifully-they can be worn over almost any kind of shoes. (my doll's shoes are NOT included)
