"Ever since I could pick up a pencil (or crayon), I was drawing, and my subject matter was always around the horse. My passion for drawing and painting these animals has only grown over the years, and I am never in short supply for inspiration living in Calgary AB, aka cow town.
As a child and teenager, I exposed myself to horses as much as city life would allow me by volunteering with trail rides, going to horse camps, and helping out with my sunt and uncles horses. That love I felt then has continued into my adult years as I make the horse the focal point of my art."
