| | Mississippian Decorative Pottery $150 | |
| | | I created this artwork for our Art in Spring Exhibit in 2007. This is an example of pottery used in the Mississippian tribe that resided at Angel Mounds in Newburgh, In. I used acrylic modeling paste and a palette knife to form the top part of the pot and added acrylic texture for the lower part. This gives a 3 dimensional look to the piece. The colors added depth and interest. The piece measures 9 x 12” on 3/4 ” gallery wrapped canvas. Display out of direct sunlight. Free shipping in the 48 contiguous states. | | Be the first to post a comment.
