| My background for 30 years has been science and business. In the mid 1990's I took a painting class at UCSD and realized I might just have a little talent. Since then I have focused on oils-seascapes and abstracts. Recently I have started working with clay -loving the sensualy of it on the skin and its 3 dimensionality. I now have a project attempting the symbiosis of the 2 mediums by generating 3 dimensional oil painting using the pallet knive. My focus is transforming an observed image into a 3 dimensional "seascape abstract".
