4/10/12 | | Just had to make a painting of this cute little girl. She is such a sweetheart. I enjoyed my afternoon working on the details. Everything went just right. And my husband, Jim, was quick to pick up on a few details. that needed adjustment Please let me know your reactions to this painting. |

2/24/12 | | This is a painting of an old car I have seen right here in Goldendale, Wa. Old things catch my attention. I didn't want to paint a city scape, so I chose a more rural setting. Imagination took hold and I painted this car as an abandoned vehicle parked in the woods. I hope you like it. |

2/24/12 | | One of my friends encouraged me to enter the juried miniature painting show at The Dalles Art Center, The Dalles, Oregon. Making this painting was both a challenge and an enjoyable experience. Painting a whole painting with small brushes was interesting. I like the finished painting. |

I have been experimenting with glazing with oil paints. I made this painting of a tomatoe in acrylics. Then did glazes with oil paints on it. It looks edible! I like the results. |
