I work out of my home studio.  Our "normal" working hours are 11-5, with the caveat that sometimes, the glass work requires all hands on deck, which leave no hands free to catch the phone.  Please know we will call you back as soon as possible.  And, although we love every moment with our friends and customers, we're not really geared up for unplanned visits; keep your eyes out for Open Studio days!!!
