Transforming my art from a hobby into a business has required a change in mind set.  After many months of creating paintings, I had to find a way to move them through the studio and out the door so as to have room to experiment with new ideas.  I am not a sales oriented person;  I needed something to motivate me to get out there and sell!  I found a very meaningful cause.....feeding the hungry of the world and helping them to become self sufficient.  For this reason, 10% of my art sales in 2008 will be donated to Heifer International.  You can track my success by visiting their web site at www.heifer.org and looking me up under teams.  Just put in my first and last name and you will see the results.
