I have been a photographer for around two years. A painter for about three years. Recently started modeling.. And have been an artist my whole life.
When I paint, I use cheap canvases and acrylic paint. Mostly because the term starving artist actually means something.
With my photography, I use an old 35 mm film camera. Nothing digitally enhanced or Photoshoped.
So why am I an artist?
I create art to express the passionate parts of me that cannot be summed up with words. I create art in an attempt to show the emotional and spiritual aspects of life. And like music, I create art to bring serenity and to soothe the savage beast within us all with beauty and light.
