Jessica Van Hulle also offers consultation to individuals and companies looking to stand out from their competition and take profits to the next level.
Van Hulle hit the ground running as a fashion designer in 2007 and was mentored by one of the leading Halloween Costume/Lingerie companies in the highly profitable "sexy" industry.
Though her background is in Illustration, Fine Art and Concept Art, these traditional drawing and painting skills made her an excellent fashion designer and won her industry recognition and demand for her services.
In 2009, Van Hulle was offered her own sexy Halloween costume line. That year it made $500,000. The following year, she more then doubled the profits, reaching over $1.2 million.
Her experience working with the leaders of the industry has not only taught her how to design in order to sell, but also how to build a fashion line from the initial concept to the final packaging.
An entrepreneur at heart, and deeply missing the Bay Area, she moved up to San Francisco in July 2011 to launch her own fine art and fashion business "Hourglass 1875".
