Watkinsville City Mayor- Jim Luken, 18" x 24", oil on canvas

This painting was commissisoned by the Watkinsville City Council as a token of the deep appreciation for all his efforts over the past 6 years. This painting was presented to Jim at a ceremony held at Girasole's on December 30th, 2009 just days before he would pass the reins to Joe Walter. It was a great pleasure to paint this portrait as Jim and I have worked very closely in the past 2 1/2 years on various projects.
