ABOUT ME

My name is Jordan Todd, I am an artist/illustrator/designer from Belfast, Northern Ireland.  My art is varied between graphic design, illustration, mural painting/design and fine arts.  I work across various mediums including painting, drawing and digital illustration.  

I don't really have a fixed artist style.  My work changes, sometimes very quickly.  My main attraction is drawing. If i can draw on it, I will.  Influence comes from alot of things, comics, traditional painting, street art, however people and portraites are my focused intrest.  The challange to make a drawing look like someone is something that is hard to explain, but rewarding in the outcome. 

Art college for me was a strange thing.  Your surronded by images, sculptures and everything ''art''.  However its hard is simply like something.  Without some deep meaning or attraction to materials.  I love it when someone just likes what they see.  Art is something visual.  If you look at it and you simply like it, thats what makes it art.  You don't need a critical eye in art to know what you like.  Art is for everyone, and anyone.
