This is a piece I just started on yesterday when I was having Artists Block with my painting of the baby. I can't believe that is taking me SSOOO loongg. Anyway, I just kind of went wild on this painting with not much intent. I quickly painted an outline of a dress on a blank canvas and put random items inside. Combining fashion and art (and using the color Permanent Rose) seems to be the direction I usually go when I don't know what else to paint. Then I took a pic on my cell phone (because paintings always look better through the viewer on your cell phone..- right Jane??). From this point, I feel like it needs something but I don't know what. Soo.. I would appreciate any feedback from anyone or if you think I should scratch the whole thing all together! Thanks ppls |
