"What would life be if we had no courage to attempt anything."

~Vincent VanGogh

So this is my first blog entry. Bear with me and we'll see how it goes! :)

I'm still living in Pittsburgh and have been on the hunt for jobs in Philadelphia. It has been more difficult than I thought, especially with the state of the economy, i suppose. I am so excited to be on my own. I can't even tell you. Everybody has been so supportive in this, my friends, family, Brent. Although, searching for a job has been my top priority which leaves little time to do what I love most: Paint. I hope that someday painting can become a higher priority in my life.

I have been working on a few commissions for friends and family, which I am so excited about. I feel so honored that the people that I'm close to like my work so much that they want their own personalized piece. First there was the large and in charge painting for Aunt Lori, which is now displayed above her couch. There are two smaller ones that I'm not so sure I can talk about, but I'll be posting the photos of them soon!!

Until nexttime!
Love Yinz
