This is a portrait of my English Springer Spaniel, Chloe, who still lives with me -- she's the one in the front -- and her sister, Shyla, who lives with a former neighbor. This was a very special painting for me to do. Sometimes things go so well. I liked rendering the pattern of the comforter and the soft folds. I found out how how much I liked to draw dogs. This is my first one. I look forward to doing dog portraits for other people. Of course this image is part of my personal collection and not for sale. | |
