This technique requires that the artist use liquid starch as a resist to save whatever design areas must remain white. Next spatter acrylic paint in a random pattern, let the paint dry, then wash the paper in a sink to remove the starch. Enhance areas with watercolor paint and black and white ink to further enhance interesting abstract areas. | |
