Fresh out of jewelry school in 1980, I was the first woman-jeweler hired by Patek Philippe in Geneva. A wonderful and challanging job where I learned the art and precision of workmanship.
Later on I worked for Bucherer at the Rue du Rhone downtown Geneva where I was "Warrenchef" and did sales and custom design. What a marvelous beehive of cosmopolitan and international staff and clientele we had there. I still miss it.
Moving to the Northwest in 1985 did open all possibilities. After settling in, I started making one-of-a-kind jewelery pieces for my friends and acquaintances, officially opening my own business in 1988.
I have since shown my work in various art galleries around the Puget Sound. You can currently find my work at Gallery by the Bay in Stanwood, WA.
