Well, among engraving wood and lately making silver jewellery, I have been writing poems in English for almost 6 years so far. I have never studied art, or
making jewellery, I have just drifted into them by
accident. There can’t be a greater inspiration for
doing, whatever you are doing, than life itself. I was born, when I was about 9 months old. Here in Finland so many months of the year are too cold. At age of 32, a wizard in my nightly dream told: It’s time to break the mold, find your way but do not use glimmering gold. About my education, well I jumped off at early station. On the way of learning English, music has been my inspiration. When I wrote my very first poem in English that became my salvation. Ask me about famous poets, and I really wouldn’t know but I can give you a 2 magnificent musicians to go. One of them is Marc Bolan, his lyrics, as hot as Mambo Sun. Yeah, what a remarkable music he did. He couldn’t understand the wind at all, and when he was sad he slid. Through Planet Queen and unknown galaxies, you fly on the wings of his colourful melodies. He adored and he knew how to brass. By creating timeless, he knew that life’s a gas. The other one is Joe Strummer, whose anger used to hit like a hammer. No chance for world leaders to pass his crammer. His legacy: music, and a forest full of trees. Now he is sailing through eternal seas, but in here he left the keys: If you’re after getting the honey, then you don’t go killing all the bees.
