My name is Rita Polizzi. I live in Upstate New York with my husband & 3 kids. I am from Florida where I received a degree in advertising design. After working for a couple of years in screen printing design and advertisign, I married & move to the northeast where I continued my art on a freelance basis in sign painting & design and later to textile design. I worked in home fashions as a lace curtain designer for several years. After my third child was born I decided to stay home and be just mom for a while. I still continued my art on a part time basis though, creating web stuff, jewelry design, greeting card (baby announcement) design, etc. After a short hiatus from my art I decided to get back to my art. My obsession with old things inspired me to create a vintage style art greeting card line. You can view my cards at www.mulberryink.com. I create pen & ink realistic art as well as graphite. I also dabble in watercolor as shown in my baby announcement series. My card line also consists of both pen&ink and watercolor.
