My web-site is meant to introduce my work to people who may not have seen it elsewhere.My goal has always been to be as free as I can while also attempting to remember (or forget!) all the contrasting "rules" that art instructors declare to be true.

Born in Montreal,Quebec, Canada.
Lois Crawford has been an award-winning exhibitor for over 30 years, in both solo and group shows, and has gained entry to numerous juried shows where she has also received awards.
In 2008 Lois’ work was used for set design at CHCH TV, Hamilton, and in 2009 on the set of Flashpoint –Season 2, and The Border, in Toronto., and other television productions.
Her work was exhibited in the “Connections” exhibition in Itabashi, Japan, and in the Apeldoorn Art Museum in The Netherlands, one of six Burlington painters invited to celebrate the twinning of the two cities.
In addition to receiving awards for her painting, in December 2004 Lois was awarded a Burlington Fine Arts Association Life Membership for over 30 years of volunteer contributions, and is the holder of both the Burlington Art Centre’s Gold &Silver Awards, as well as a Volunteer Award from the Ontario Ministry of Tourism &Recreation for her... |
