I was born in the city of Havana and my first steps into the world of art began in 1987 with the two years I studied at the Industrial Design Institute in Havana. I also attended the San Alejandro Art Academy, graduating in 1991.Then, entered the world of design, working in the exhibitions department at the Science Academy of Cuba, where I produced graphic art for their shows. Because of my passion to produce art, I am consistently pushing myself to be surrounded by artists and people of any type. This is what drives me to develop creatively.
Wanting to further challenge myself and develop artistically, I decided to join the crew at the Center for the Development of Visual Arts where I continued to work on graphic design and assist with their exhibitions. This allowed me the opportunity to meet with well known artists in Havana.
