| Born, raised and spent most of my life living in a London suburb in England. My late husband and I initially arrived in Arizona June 1996.
We had a dream; to live and work in the United States; Harvey wanted to help people. For me who knew? We had accomplished our dream –now what!!
After a series of very unpleasant events, culminating in January 1998, my husband of almost 30 years was diagnosed with a brain tumor; he passed away three months later. Soon after his death I moved down here to Rimrock, on the property we bought together.
The first two or three years I spent most of my time in reflection seeking Spiritual guidance.
I began making beaded jewelry approximately five years ago, combining my daughters' hand made glass beads into my work. Then I started exhibiting my jewelery at art fairs around Arizona. After a couple of years I decided to return to painting after a twenty year break. Self taught and somewhat unorthodox, I paint in acrylics and enjoy experimenting with different styles and... |
