Alan Shepard has studied architecture and art , graduating with a M.F.A. in Painting from the University of Oklahoma. For the past twenty years, he has been has been a practicing artist, designer of fine art murals, decorative and faux finishes, and hand-painted architectural ornament. His work has been cited in local print media repeatedly and profiled on the HGTV series "Modern Masters".
