| | Benedicte Kjøbstad is a predominantly self-taught artist. She usually makes large pieces and is very fascinated by the human face and expression. Her work is currently on display at the Department of Revenue and Chelsea High School in Chelsea, MA. Benedicte was born in Bergen, Norway and grew up in New Orleans and Boston. She holds a bachelor of arts from the University of Massachusetts at Boston.
