| I cannot say exactly why or how I wanted to write, paint or play music. Oh yes, i play jazz and classical piano, violin when I have time. Piano daily actually. It is a great way to find your own musicality, how you step in life. I step lightly in my opinion and my playing reflects this. I've tried blogging - not very good at it as my thoughts never seem to rest on one subject long enough to get a good stream going.
I am a type A personality in the sense that I find impatience with myself. Never satisfied to sit still long enough to accomplish much until I discovered and re-discovered art. What a wonderful medium to put out into the world. Your version of your own visions. No rules. Who cares? It is your own interpretation. No right no wrong. It is your own "Oprah Moment" if you will. The world seems a more intense, bright, lovely place when you step back and view what you have just completed. Be it book or painting or playing that one piece perfectly; your soul rejoices and you imagine the angels... |
