 | | French Butter Dishes French Butter Dishes originated in the Middle Ages as a way to store butter before refrigeration existed. They preserve your butter by creating an air tight seal, keeping it soft and fresh for up to a month without needing to be refrigerated. To use, pack 1/4 pound (1 stick) of butter into the lid of the dish. |
 | | These mugs will hold approx. 14 oz, I take extra time to make them light weight and comfortable to hold, yet strong enough for years of use. High fired stoneware is dense and strong these cups are very chip resistant because of this. |

 | | Our Ceramic Drums are hand-made using High fire stoneware clay for strengh, durability and supurb sound quality. Each drum is individually hand-made on the potters wheel and indiviually glazed, so no two drums are exactly alike. Our drums are made with the finest quality goat skin heads. |
 | | Pottery is made by forming raw clay (after mixing, pugging and wedging the clay) into objects of a desired shape/size and heating them to high temperatures in a kiln, this reaction with the fire leads to permanent molecular changes, including increasing their strength and hardening and setting their shape. this changes the clay into durable ceramics. After forming the pot it is dried before firing. |

All of our hand-crafted pieces are made to be used around the home, and to be enjoyed by family and friends.
Because we personally hand make every piece, each one has its own individual spirit; although pieces may be similar no two are exactly alike - the human touch exists in every aspect of the process. Our pottery also combines all the elements of nature. It is created with earth and water, dried by the air, and reborn by fire.
