| ~ ARTWORK CURRICULUM VITAE ~ 2008 to 2010: Worked in own studio near Peterborough with a focus on fine art, textile art and 1/12 scale miniatures. Designed and created three full-sized quilts in 2009 which were based on historical patterns, two were commissioned. Maintained website displaying works.
2004 to 2010: Showed and sold painted and textile works in a Millbrook, ON, gallery alongside established Canadian artists Emma Hesse and George Raab, 2008 to 2010. Showed and sold painted works in a Toronto gallery, 2004 to 2010.
1994 to 2008: Worked as a professional Graphic Designer and Illustrator for a single employer in the outdoors industry. Her art and design were used in two yearly calendars, national magazine ads including Macleans, The Beer Store, Ontario Out of Doors, plus brochures, greeting cards, catalogues, numerous logos, and other related print projects. This included writing ad copy as required and the use of MS Word, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Continued working on... |
