| | I received formal training at The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, graduating in 2000 with an MFA. I am interested in European Classicism comprised of rigorous drawing and the color of oil paint. Also, I am inspired by DeChirico and Dali and other painters of the previous seventeenth and nineteenth centuries. Thus I convey a vitual reality influenced by pictorial Surrealism and use still-lifes and even portraits to reveal a sense of the strange or irrational!
