| | Peled, Udi A.California artist, Udi was born in Israel in 1956, and began painting at an early age, at kibbutz BE'ERI where he was raised. An expressionist by nature, who paints mainly oil on canvas, he had his first showing at the Beeri Gallery in the Negev, and has turned his focus to painting jazz legends since he moved to the USA.
