| I believe if you really want something bad enough, you can obtain it. My background in art started when i was a child, i always took different elements and combined them together in an artistic way. At this point i wouldn't say i had a natural skill, or really i hadn't found it yet. I worked really hard over the course of my education to develop a style. It was only in a class my sophomore year of college that i started to see a style emerge. Some of my main motivations that come through in my artwork are nature and music. I have an organic, abstract style, which i feel is innovative and influential. I like to explore different artists processes and invent my own. As far as education goes, i'm a graphic designer, but i have many paintings, drawings, sculpture, and pottery. I believe that everything i've experienced thusfar in my life has impacted my artwork in one way or another. I also think that as i grow older i always have room to grow and my style as of now will probably not be the same when i am old. A... |
