ARTIST STATEMENT April 2008 I've been an artist all my life. Today I'm primarily an abstract painter and identify with the abstract expressionists. Objective reality inspires me to create. However, I have no interest in making a picture of a person, place or thing that already exists. My interest is to bring something new to the world.
