| My name is Marla Bashir and I have been painting since the age of 4 years old. I am thankful for my wonderful mother who always encouraged me to use fingerpaints at a young age. Then later she bought me watercolor sets!
I took painting throughout elementary school, junior high, and high school. Also, I have 2 years of art classes, which were taken in college!
I mainly work with acrylic and water color paints and paint on canvas. I love to paint different types of paintings like realistic, impressionistic, abstract and also do pen and ink drawings/caricatures of mainly political figures! Also I create digital photo paintings! |
