| MY name is Michael Evans. I am an artist and a musician who grew up in Utah where I have always dabbled with art, entering contests at school and eventually got into graphic design. I came to Hawaii in 03 to study animation and film art at UH (away from the cold) and became more and more fond of drawing and painting. At UH I did a lot of figure sculpture, painting, drawing etc. I've also always been a fan of film and cartoons and over the past few years I've come to enjoy painting things from my favorite films and other films that are popular. That's one of my focus points right now not only to gain more painting experience but also to paint things people will enjoy seeing. |
