| I paint oil on canvas. I also draw, and from time to time illustrate manga. I believe art is a form and expression of one's personal evolution of philosophy. I am inspired by my artist peers, whom like myself is willing to explore the nature of distinct images that challenge and sometimes confront social convention as recognized by general social consciousness. The best art for me, challenges conventional thinking, encourages rebellion and utilizes tradition and its icons to reflect the contrast with post modernist ideas. |
