Water Color Florals Water Color Florals are named as such because the finished piece resembles the water color effect in a painting. Floral Pigment Transfer is a method of extracting the pigment from fresh flowers and using it as a dye to color the fabric.

Peggy Lee Caballero 
Peggy Lee Caballero In the Rocky Mountains' Mile High city of Denver, Colorado, PeggyLee Anderson was born of Danish and Indian heritage. She grew up in an environment where things were created for fun and necessity. Toys, clothes, paper dolls, etc. Having discovered fabrics at an early age, Peggy started sewing her own garments while still in grade school and constructed her first quilt top in 1974. Also in 1974 Peggy learned silversmithing from a Navajo Indian who reproduced museum pieces for vault safekeeping of originals. Eventually moving to California in 1982, she took up goldsmithing, designing and fabrication of jewelry. In 1987 she earned her Graduate Gemologist degree from Santa Monica, Ca. Music has always been an essential part of life for Peggy. She has played piano, flute, guitar, electric bass and cello. Peggy is also an accomplished vocalist.
