| As an inspiring artist himself, I was taught by my late father who was well known late 70's and 80's in the Hunter Valley Region of NSW Australia. At the age of 15 I was introduced to the world of fine art. Throughout the early days of my career I learnt, created, experimented and discovered my own style. Gradually merging into the professional world, I hung a few pieces at local businesses in the humble south coast town of Bermagui NSW. In 2005 I launched my career with the opening of my studio where I showcased my gallery &started teaching classes to the local community. My inspiration comes from my natural surroundings &like to have a personal connection with each piece. Working from my photographs, I then transfer my inspirartion onto canvas using an oil medium. I create a realistic approach to my work and now have over 100 pieces of original works of art showcased throughout the region. |
