| When I was 5 years old I was given my first camera, a black toy one that used real 110 film. My mother had gone to Sprouse Ritz in St. Helena to purchase it. I remember that the first thing I photographed with it was a field of Kiwi trees. Since that time in the 70's I have always had a camera in hand, but it wasn't until 2004 that I started really delving into my passion, and began taking Photography classes at the Santa Rosa Junior College. That has led me over the years to shoot portraits, sports events, wedding and animal pictures as well as urban decay in rural Sonoma County.
Some of my work has appeared in the window of Sawyers News as well as in the Sonoma County Family Life magazine.
I currently live with my daughter Carissa and our dog Maddie and goat Gypsy in Sebastopol, Ca. I also have a son Alex who lives with his dad in Chico.
