R O S E M A R Y
Dedicated to good taste.
Having lived and worked in Italy, Rosemary's menu is heavily influenced by the foods of the mediterranean region. Additionally, there are a good deal of other ethnic cuisines represented as well as good, old-fashioned American dishes. In other words, something delicious for everyone.

SPRING/SUMMER MENU

Poultry Dishes

--Turkey Chili (with ground or diced turkey)

--Panko-crusted Asian Chicken Breast with Sticky Rice

--Chicken Chili Verde

--Crisp Honey Dijon Chicken

--Penne with Spinach, Artichokes, Chicken and Parmesan

--Curried Yogurt Chicken with Orange-scented Cous-cous

--Asian Stir-fry of fresh vegetables, spicy tofu or chicken (please specify) and rice

--Baked Chicken Enchilada

--Chicken Cacciatore (mushrooms, garlic, tomatoes, white wine)

--Lemon-Thyme Chicken Breast and herbed rice

--Pasta tossed with chicken and mixed vegetables in light wine sauce

--Chicken breasts lightly coated in herbed crumbs and cooked in wine and orange with pasta

Meat Dishes

--Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin Bundles with Brown Rice

--Middle-Eastern Grilled Marinated Lamb Kebabs and Couscous

--Grilled Italian Sausages and Peppers with Sticky Rice

--Grilled Bourbon Pepper Steak, sliced and served with Pasta

--Grilled Pork Chops in a Balsamic Glaze with Herbed Rice
Fish Dishes (Please add $2 per person)

--Shrimp Jambalaya with Lemony Rice (Please add $2 per person)

--Salad Nicoise--Crisp lettuce with fresh and lightly steamed vegetables with hard cooked eggs, marinated beans and mediterranean style tuna.

--Grilled Mahi Mahi with Mango Salsa and Rice

Vegetarian/Flex Menu (Add Chicken, Sausage, Fish or Shrimp to any of the following for an additional $5 per person)

--Risotto with Spring Peas and Parmesan (with vegetable side)

--Tomato, Basil and Mozzarella Quiche

--Pasta Primavera--the quintessential springtime pasta of lightly sauteed spring vegetables and garlic with parmesan

--Tzaziki (cucumber, garlic and thick yogurt ) with Flatbread

--Curried Chick Peas and Sticky Rice

--Louisiana Red Beans and Rice (smoky, savory beans with yellow rice)

--Salad Nicoise--Crisp lettuce with fresh and lightly steamed vegetables with hard cooked eggs, marinated beans and mediterranean style tuna (can order without tuna.)

--Baked Polenta with Mushrooms and Herbs

--Madras Lentils and Rice

--Risotto with Zucchini and Juniper Berries

--Hummus and Tabouli (Homemade. You can't get this flavor from the supermarket.)

--Salad of Orzo and Feta with Mint

--Citrusy Couscous with Apricots, Feta and Pecans

--Cucumbers, Artichoke Hearts, Whte Beans and Herbs tossed with Brown Rice

--Bombay Potatoes and Chickpeas

--Thai Green Curry (tofu) with Sticky Rice

I accept most substitutions and menu changes (within reason.) Feel free to customize or make suggestions!
