I am passionate about my art and about getting a good representation of the model whilst still using bright and unrealistic colours to produce a good picture. Most of my art is done using pastels on coloured paper although I have experimented with collage using photographs of my work to produce new and interesting pictures.
I have been doing life drawing for 8 years. It started as a form of stress relief from the pressures of the Hotel industry and has become a passion.
A lot of my work now comes from people who have seen my pictures on display and want one of themselves to have for their own pleasure. I am also now doing some commissions for women who are pregnant and want a personal but tasteful reminder for later years.
I have had several exhibitions in Adelaide CBD, Port Adelaide and Hahndorf and see this web site as a means of showing my art to a greater audience.
