Harlequin Art is an arts studio. The fine art and illustrations are produced by artist Shelley Overton. Shelley has been an artist for 38 years, since she was a young (very young) child. Her art has grown out of her need to connect to the child within. It represents a happy freedom of expression lost to so many who look to qualify their experiences. Shelley's art brings out joy in the beholder, and she hopes you will experience joy when viewing it!
