This piece is very special to me. It depicts an impossible wave and was inspired by my visits to Half Moon Bay in Northern California. I would often watch the waves break at Mavericks from Pillar Point and draw inspiration from the experience. This painting is dedicated to Jeff Clark- the pioneer of Mavericks.
