Denise Richard Geiger completed her Liberal Arts education in Zurich, Switzerland and then studied art for 5 years with distinguished artist Karl Weber (1899-1978). The year 1952 was spent in England where she took classes at the London Academy of Arts. Since 1956, she has resided in the United States where she raised her family with her husband Joseph Geiger. |

David is an award-winning woodturner specializing in turning local wood into useful and artistic objects. With a life-long interest in wood, David began woodturning in the early nineties. Since retiring as a religion professor at Davidson College in 1999, he has devoted more time to this passion. |

After graduating from Miami University with a BFA in Graphic Design Susan worked for Paton Art Studios as a designer/illustrator. While living in Paris she studied art at the Academie Julian painting with Heri Goetz at l"Academie de la Grand Chaumiere, and print making at the studio of Johnny Friedlaender.
Susan and her husband Bob have lived on 4 continents and traveled to over 60 countries. These experiences often inspire her subject matter. |

 | | Patricia Michael ww Patricia was born in Asheville, North Carolina and has lived there all of her life. Showing an early interest in drawing, she has pursued a love of art throughout her lifetime.
When her four children were growing up, Patricia spent many hours drawing and painting portraits of them. It is no accident that her favorite subject to paint is children. |

 | | Helen Sullivan Helen retired from full time employment and moved to the McDowell County area with her husband and best friend, John, in October 2009.
Although she always doodled (especially during boring meetings), Helen didn't take art classes until about 9 years ago, when one of her friends talked her into taking a watercolor class at the local Northern Virginia community college. She had such a good time that she took another, and another, and another. |
