All portrait prices include a print, up to 16" x 20" on professional-quality photo paper.  You will also receive a cd-rom containing the original file which can be printed from at your leisure. 

For an additional fee, you may chose to have your portrait printed on a frameable canvas.

About Digital Painting

Digital painting is an art form in which traditional painting techniques such as watercolor, oils, pencil, etc. are applied using digital tools by means of a computer, a digitizing tablet, stylus, and painting software. Digital painting differs from other forms of digital art and computer generated art, in particular, in that it does not involve the computer rendering from a model. The artist uses painting techniques to create the digital painting directly on the computer.

Digital painting software give artists a similar environment to an artist working with traditional media: a canvas, painting tools, mixing palettes, and a multitude of color options.  The digital painter must then employ many, if not all of the techniques used by a traditional painter.  Most digital artists have a strong background in the traditonal arts and are proficient at both.
