| TeMika Grooms Jarrett’s love for children’s stories and comic books began when she would read witty stories and pictures as a child. Over time, her interest soon bloomed into fine art and the study of the human figure, but her love for storytelling eventually brought her to illustration.
TeMika spends her free time creating art, writing and illustrating for children’s literature and drawing endless inspiration from her three daughters and husband in their daily antics. She participates in art advocacy and outreach programs to encourage children and the general public to explore the arts.
