This series was inspired by my intrigue with the small things. A rock I discovered one morning on the beach, the way water moves over rocks in a stream, the shell fossils handed to me from a childs hand, and the countless hours I've spent watching what the surf, waiting for what treasures it might reveal. For me each one was like a gift, the color, pattern and texture each one unique and waiting to be discovered. This series, I guess you could say I've been working on it for years in my heart.
