| | | CHEESE, I LOVE AMERICAN CHEESE | | | | It has to be the most popular cheese on the continent. It's everywhere. It's on almost every burger and included in every tailgate party across the nation. It's very American.
Most people like it because it melts nice, tastes the same every time, works great on hot dogs, apple pie, chili, what else would you use for a grilled cheese sandwich? It might be one of "natures most perfect foods." Maybe not.
This snack-sized 4 by 4 inch painting is the first of my "Dangerous Cuisine" series of 15 or so foods that make Doctors tremble just thinking of them.
